This handwoven 'bilum' shoulder bag by Among Equals is a joyful work of art, handcrafted by female artisans living in Papua New Guinea. These weavers have a unique flair for colour and pattern, their vibrant designs capturing their spiritual and cultural heritage.
Working with either unravelled yarn from jumpers, or handwoven fibres sourced from surrounding vegetation, together with natural dyes made from plants, ochres and berries, this bag tells a story of strength and hope.

International orders are processed by RELIK within 48 hours.
All shipments are sent at a flat rate of $50 via Australia Post and tracking information will be emailed to you on dispatch. Costs, and approximate shipping times below :
