DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Domestic orders are processed by RELIK within 24 hours.

All shipments are sent at a flat rate of $20 via Australia Post, Express service (1-4 business days) 

We highly recommend that any purchases over $2000 are sent with additional insurance, please email us after purchase, prior to shipping and we can discuss options.

*Delivery times are based on Metro areas, please allow an extra 1–2 business days for regional areas, and Western Australia.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are processed by RELIK within 48 hours. 

All shipments are sent at a flat rate of $50 via Sendle and tracking information will be emailed to you on dispatch. Costs, and approximate shipping times below :

• New Zealand, Asia, USA, Canada, Europe and the rest of the world (6-26 business days)

We highly recommend that all orders shipped internationally with a purchase total over $2000 will be shipped with additional insurance at a flat rate of $100. Please email us after purchase, prior to shipping and we can discuss insurance options.

 * Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. 

* Please note, RELIK is unable to deliver internationally to PO boxes or postal forwarding companies. A daytime delivery address and valid mobile number must be provided on all international orders, as all parcels require a signature on delivery. 

* Some items offered for sale on RELIK, including certain exotic skins and/or furs may not be eligible for importation into your country. It is your responsibility to research the import laws within your region prior to purchase.
