Our experienced team carefully researches the resale market to determine competitive pricing, mutually agreed upon before listing. Prices typically range from 30–70% of original retail value, depending on each item's age, condition, rarity and current demand.

With a global following of style-obsessed collectors and fashion insiders, RELIK has a particular appreciation for the rare and remarkable. Holding on to things you no longer wear merely clogs up your wardrobe, making daily dressing less streamlined, and risks your pieces falling prey to moth and mould damage. So what’s the best approach to wardrobe curation? At RELIK we have compiled a failsafe checklist to abide by when editing your archives.

the consignment process

We accept a curation of local and international luxury brands, in addition to hand selected high end vintage. Check our list of approved designers and condition requirements to ensure your pieces are suitable for RELIK.

Email pictures and brief descriptions of each item proposed for sale to : concierge@relikeditions.com, or DM pictures & brief descriptions via Instagram to @relikeditions. Alternatively book a virtual appointment to share your items, via video call, with one of our editors. 

Sydney based consignors with 20 or more items to sell can arrange for an in-person wardrobe edit and collection by a senior editor.

Please note we currently accept items world-wide.

Strictly upon approval, drop off or mail your pieces to our head office.

We are unable to accept lingerie, hosiery or swimwear pieces, minus original tags, for hygiene reasons. In addition, we do not accept activewear.

Please note we take our curation very seriously and cannot accept everything that is offered to us - if we are unable to accept some/all of your pieces, we will do our best to advise alternative methods of sale or donation for those pieces.

we do the listing

On acceptance of your items, our team will thoroughly inspect each piece, research resale values and price accordingly and, if necessary, arrange for any cleaning or repairs to be carried out, at consignors expense.

All luxury handbags are authenticated by RELIK using our authentication partners, at consignors expense. All high end jewellery, watches and clothing (i.e. Chanel, Hèrmes) are authenticated by RELIK using Real Authentication, at consignor's expense.

Our concierge team will email pricing for approval to you prior to listing.

RELIK offer a premium service - taking care of photography, a thorough listing description for each item, styling and marketing, any customer enquiries, packaging and shipping.

you are rewarded

The more you sell, the more you earn. Our commission fee depends on the sale price of your items. On selling, you will receive :

50% for all items under $300

55% for all items $300-$999
60% for all items over $1000
65% for all items over $2000
70% for all items over $3000
75% for all items over $5000
80% for all items over $6000
85% for all items over $10,000

*70% for all luxury bags $1000 - $5000

Payments are made to consignors via bank transfer or store credit on a weekly basis for all sales generated the week prior.

After the 12 week consignment period, any unsold items can be collected by you, or donated to our bi-annual instagram ‘garage sale’ with 100% of gross proceeds split between our charity partners, supporting women and children in need.

At RELIK we take quality control very seriously. We can only sell pieces in excellent preloved condition, and to aide in this, can offer advice on how to clean and/or repair your items prior to consignment. Ensuring your items are in the best possible condition prior to sale allows them to sell at true market value, and also extends their life for their new owner. Please refer to the following list for our requirements with regards to the condition of your goods offered for sale.

clothing

• each item must be freshly laundered or dry cleaned prior to consignment
• no modifications (i.e. shortened hems etc)
• no tears/holes/rips
• no stains, including sweat stains
• no missing parts (i.e. buttons, belts etc)
• no odours
• minimal pilling/fabric pulls
• include original tags and purchase receipt, if available

* please note we are unable to accept swimwear or lingerie unless they are brand new, in immaculate condition, with original tags attached.

shoes

• clean and polish all footwear inside and out prior to consignment
• any modifications (i.e. re-soling etc) must be mentioned
• minimal wear to soles
• minimal scratches to surface upper of shoes/boots
• include original tags, box, dust bags and purchase receipt, if available

bags

• clean and polish inside and out prior to consignment
• no missing parts (i.e.removable handles, hanging pieces, locks etc.)
• no stains or discolouration
• minimal scratches to surface
• include original tags, box, dust bag and purchase receipt, if available

sunglasses

• no scratches to lens
• include original tags, case, cleaning cloth and purchase receipt, if available

jewellery & watches

• no scratches
• no missing pieces (i.e.jewels, gemstones)
• include original tags, box, dust bag and purchase receipt, if available

At the same time, your unwanted items can find a new home where they will be treasured, and your bank balance will thank you for it too!

Our RELIK white glove concierge service can aid you in your wardrobe detox,  we can revive your treasures and sell your unwanted items.

With highly competitive commission rates, the more you sell, the more you earn, and deposits are made on a monthly basis based on your sales during the month prior. RELIK will do all the hard work for you - from research, authentication, photography, shipping, and responding to customer enquiries. Prices are set based on thorough research in the resale market, and mutually agreed to prior to listing with pricing ranging from 30-70% of original retail cost, dependant on the age, condition and current market demand for each item. Our consignor portal allows you to check the real-time status of your items for sale, and you will receive an email to notify you whenever one of your pieces has sold.
