This blue Dries Van Noten 'sally' drawstring belted cotton blend dress featured on the Spring 2019 runway. It features a black elasticated drawstring halter neck that crosses over at the front, a V-neck with a wrap style front, two front flap pockets, a side-release buckle-fastening waist belt, an adjustable tie closure at the rear and a rear vent.
