why resell?

By choosing to resell your pre-loved designer items, you are prolonging their lifespan, helping to reduce their environmental impact, saving precious resources such as water, and reducing the CO2 emissions generated in the manufacturing phase of new clothing. At the same time, your unwanted items can be re-homed, re-loved and re-imagined.

Our RELIK white glove concierge service can aid you in your wardrobe detox,  we can revive your treasures and sell your unwanted items.

With highly competitive commission rates, the more you sell, the more you earn, and deposits are made on a weekly basis based on your sales during the week prior. RELIK will do all the hard work for you - from research, authentication, photography, shipping, and responding to customer enquiries. Prices are set based on thorough research in the resale market, and mutually agreed to prior to listing with pricing ranging from 30-70% of original retail cost, dependant on the age, condition and current market demand for each item. Our consignor portal allows you to check the real-time status of your items for sale, and you will receive an email to notify you whenever one of your pieces has sold.

Daunting as it may seem, editing your wardrobe can be a cathartic (and lucrative) exercise. Did you know that the average woman wears only 20% of her closet 80% of the time? Holding on to things you no longer wear merely clogs up your wardrobe, making daily dressing less streamlined, and risks your pieces falling prey to moth and mould damage. So what’s the best approach to wardrobe curation? At RELIK we have compiled a failsafe checklist to abide by when editing your archives.

If you have answered ‘no’ to any of the above questions - its time to let it go!

the consignment process

We accept a curation of mid level local and international designers, in addition to high end luxury brands and hand selected high end vintage. Check our list of approved designers and condition requirements to ensure your pieces are suitable for RELIK.

Email pictures and brief descriptions of each item proposed for sale to : concierge@relikeditions.com, or DM pictures & brief descriptions via Instagram to @relikeditions_resell . Alternatively book a virtual appointment to share your items, via video call, with one of our editors.

Sydney based consignors with 20 or more items to sell can arrange for an in-person wardrobe edit and collection by a senior editor.

Please note we currently accept items Australia and New Zealand wide.

Strictly upon approval, drop off or mail your pieces to our head office.

We are unable to accept lingerie, hosiery or swimwear pieces, minus original tags, for hygiene reasons. In addition, we do not accept activewear.

Please note we take our curation very seriously and cannot accept everything that is offered to us - if we are unable to accept some/all of your pieces, we will do our best to advise alternative methods of sale or donation for those pieces.

we do the listing

On acceptance of your items, our team will thoroughly inspect each piece, research resale values and price accordingly and, if necessary, arrange for any cleaning or repairs to be carried out, at consignors expense.

All luxury handbags are authenticated by RELIK using our authentication partners, at consignors expense. All high end jewellery, watches and clothing (i.e. Chanel, Hèrmes) are authenticated by RELIK using Real Authentication, at consignor's expense.

Our concierge team will email pricing for approval to you prior to listing.

RELIK offer a premium service - taking care of photography, a thorough listing description for each item, styling and marketing, any customer enquiries, packaging and shipping.

you are rewarded

The more you sell, the more you earn. Our commission fee depends on the sale price of your items. On selling, you will receive :

50% for all items under $999
60% for all items over $1000
65% for all items over $2000
70% for all items over $3000
75% for all items over $5000
80% for all items over $6000
85% for all items over $10,000

Payments are made to consignors via bank transfer on a weekly basis for all sales generated the week prior.

After the 12 week consignment period, any unsold items can be collected by you, or donated to our bi-annual instagram ‘garage sale’ with 100% of gross proceeds split between our charity partners, supporting women and children in need.
