This black blouse, designed by Anthony Vacarello, debuted on the Fall 2019 runway at Saint Laurent. Crafted from luxurious silk georgette, it features an open v-neckline with ruffle trim, a silk ribbon tie and shoulder pads. The long sleeves are punctuated with button cuffs with ruffle trims.
